Make your reservation enquiry by filling in the dates you would like in the Enquiry Form. Please note, this does NOT constitute an actual booking. You will receive an email confirming your preferred dates are available and how to make a deposit. Once your deposit has been made your booking is confirmed.

If there is no vacancy on the dates you request, please try West End Cottage 2 for special ‘introductory year’ offers!

Booking Conditions

Please confirm your booking by phone or email and then make payment to:

or by Credit Card over the phone.

1. Please note that a deposit of 1/3 of total payment is required at time of booking. If this has not been paid within 24 hours of your booking, your time slot may be reallocated.
2. Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check-out time is 10.00am. Late check-outs will be accommodated when possible, in which case please ensure you secure the time you will be leaving in advance.
3. Rates include linen and towels etc
4. Burning candles and incense in the cottage is not permitted as this is a fire hazard and can cause damage to furnishings and fixtures.
5. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted indoors.
6. Pets are not permitted.
7. Your booking is for the number of people specified at the time of booking.
8. Damage to the property or excessive untidiness may have to be paid for.
9. We request you to respect our neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. Disorderly behaviour may result in the termination of your stay with no refund.
10. Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel up to two weeks (14 days) before your booking.
11. If you cancell your booking within 14 days of your reserved date, we will endevour to rent out your booked time slot. If we are successful, you will receive a refund of your deposit less 10% booking fee.
12. Full price of booking will be charged for “no show”.
